Formal Car Hire is happy to communicate with you online or in person. Give us a call or drop us a line and we’ll answer any questions you may have and check availability for you, on the spot.

Bookings can be made online or in person with a deposit payment required to confirm. We will hold and guarantee the booking for 3 days after which time you will need to make contact to keep the booking secure.

Deposits:

Deposits can be made a number of ways: Cheque, Money Order, Cash (in person only), Direct Bank Account Credit via internet banking or Credit Card over the phone. All major credit cards are accepted and a 5% surcharge is applicable for this service.

WEDDINGS

$200.00 per vehicle is required with the balance payable 2 weeks before the wedding day. At this time we will also confirm wedding day details

SOCIAL

50% is payable with the balance payable on the day to the driver

Corporate

An account is established and a Tax Invoice is issued with the balance payable up to 14 days after the booking. A company credit card or Cab Charge vouchers can also be used.
